NOK Human Capital is hiring, on behalf of a well-known digital fuel & fleet-management platform, a Junior Sales (B2B) professional to join their team. You will drive new client acquisition, manage end-to-end sales activities, and build long-term business relationships within the B2B sector. This role directly contributes to revenue growth and market expansion by identifying opportunities, executing sales strategies, and maintaining a strong client pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients through various channels including calls, emails, and networking.
- Conduct discovery meetings to assess client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to decision-makers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate client and sales data using CRM tools.
- Track and report sales performance against monthly KPIs.
- Gather and share market insights to support commercial strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction post-sale.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Comfortable with on-site work and occasional field visits.
- Car or personal transportation is a must for field visits.
- Experience in SaaS, Fintech, Telecommunications, or Startups is a plus.
- Good command of English.
- Based in or able to commute to Zahraa Al-Maadi, Cairo.
