Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cleaning Supervisor located in Cairo, Egypt. The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the cleaning staff, ensure that all areas are maintained to high standards, and adhere to health and safety regulations. Daily tasks include scheduling and assigning cleaning duties, inspecting cleanliness, training new staff, and addressing any issues related to cleanliness and staff performance.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Commercial Cleaning experience
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Previous experience in a hospitality environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
