🧩 Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

• Identify and negotiate with potential tenants for malls, retail outlets, and commercial properties.

• Manage and renew lease agreements while maintaining strong tenant relationships.

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support leasing campaigns and tenant mix optimization.

• Prepare leasing proposals, rental budgets, and performance reports.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

• Oversee leasing documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

🎯 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing management (preferably in malls, retail, or commercial properties).

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Proven track record in achieving leasing targets and managing key tenants.

• Good knowledge of the Egyptian retail and commercial real estate market.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
