We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for generating high-quality organic leads through online research, social media, business directories, and professional platforms (such as LinkedIn, Google, etc.).
The ideal candidate should have strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify potential clients who match our target audience.
🔍 Responsibilities:
- Conduct online research to identify and collect potential leads that fit our target profile.
- Generate organic leads from search engines, LinkedIn, social platforms, and relevant online databases.
- Maintain and update lead lists in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria (industry, role, location, etc.).
- Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to align lead generation efforts with campaign goals.
- Ensure data accuracy and regularly clean and verify lead databases.
🧩 Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation or online research (B2B preferred).
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Google search techniques, and business directories.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English (writing & reading).
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly/monthly lead targets.
