Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Social Media Ads Specialist. The Social Media Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing social media marketing campaigns, developing engaging social media content, and executing digital marketing strategies. Daily tasks include monitoring social media channels, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing advertisements to achieve maximum reach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across major social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn).
- Develop engaging ad creatives (visuals, copy, and videos) tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Track key performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support broader digital marketing initiatives when needed (Google Ads, landing pages, email campaigns, etc.).
Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of Saudi market dynamics, consumer behavior, and digital platforms.
- Strong Communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Experience with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Compensation and Terms
- Employment Type: part-time, remotely
- Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based bonus (based on target achievement)
- Probation Period: 3 months (evaluation period before full confirmation
