The Role The Training Officer will promote F&B Company practice and standards through inducting new and existing staff by providing them with training to perform the desired work upon their appointment. You will also support the HR and Operations management to build skills and talents across all employees at all levels within the company. As well, you will be working in coordination with operations to identify gaps and training needs, build talent and advance employee skills and knowledge.
The Responsibilities:
•Responsible for developing and implementing training programs and the development of the staff.
•Orienting new hires to their function, as well as established company norms.
•Plan, provide, prepare training manuals and develop an annual training calendar.
•Coordinate annual needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that needs to beaddressed
•Prioritize and examine training areas of specific difficulty and improve the training process for thoseareas.
