Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Specialist, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Housekeeping Specialist will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest suites, managing laundry, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Daily tasks include cleaning, organizing, replenishing supplies, and addressing guest requests promptly and efficiently. The Housekeeping Specialist will also be responsible for reporting maintenance issues and collaborating with the team to create a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping and Laundry skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in training new staff members
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial
