• Position: English Conversation Course Tutor
• Format: Online, one-on-one sessions
• Working Hours - Part-time: 3 to 4 hours daily
• Schedule: Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Cairo time)
• Attendance System per Student:
• Main Lecture (once weekly): 45 minutes per session (Basic/Standard Package Students) or 90 minutes (Double Package Students)
• Conversation Sessions (4 times weekly): 25 minutes per session (Basic/Standard Package) or 50 minutes (Double Package)
• Key Responsibilities:
• - Conduct personalized one-on-one conversation sessions with assigned students.
• - Continuously evaluate student performance during sessions.
• - Maintain structured feedback reports noting spoken language errors (Standard and Double packages only).
• - Provide immediate correction and guidance during or after each student response.
• - Prepare weekly lectures tailored to each student’s level (Grammar/Phonetics/Vocabulary) using provided materials.
• - Deliver weekly lectures focusing on areas of improvement based on individual student progress.
• - Review and provide detailed feedback on student tasks (Standard and Double packages only).
• Requirements:
• - Minimum C1 level in English (CEFR scale).
• - Bachelor’s degree in English from an accredited institution or a recognized teaching certification such as TESOL or CELTA.
• - At least 1 year of experience teaching English online.
• - Strong command of grammar and phonetics.
• - Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with students.
• - Flexible and adaptive to different student needs and learning styles.
• - Capable of engaging slow learners, shy, or less talkative students.
• - Ability to improvise conversation topics to encourage active participation.
• - Skilled in teaching new vocabulary effectively to students of different proficiency levels.
• - Comfortable working within the set schedule (10 AM - 1 PM or 6 PM - 9 PM, Saturday to Thursday).
