We’re Hiring | Senior BIM Architect – Design Consultancy Office
We’re looking for a Senior BIM Architect with solid experience in design consultancy to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage BIM workflows and Revit models across all project phases — from concept design to detailed documentation.
- Ensure BIM standards, templates, and procedures are implemented and maintained across all architectural projects.
- Coordinate and integrate models with other disciplines (structural, MEP, landscape, etc.) to ensure design consistency and clash-free deliverables.
- Oversee model accuracy, level of detail (LOD), and quality control for all architectural deliverables.
- Mentor and support junior architects and BIM technicians in model development and best practices.
- Collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure efficient project delivery and alignment with client requirements.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and provide BIM-related technical insights and solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, software advancements, and industry trends to enhance team capability.

- Deep BIM knowledge (Revit is a must; Navisworks, BIM 360, Dynamo a plus)
- Strong portfolio of large-scale projects (residential, mixed-use, commercial, etc.)
- Experience managing coordination across disciplines (Architecture, MEP, Structure)
- Familiarity with international BIM standards
- Gulf Experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
