Job Description

We are looking for a Production Control Engineer to join our growing production team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, monitoring, and controlling production operations to ensure timely order fulfillment, optimized efficiency, and minimal waste.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning daily and weekly production schedules.
• Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to plans.
• Coordinate between production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
• Track material usage, output quantities, and production efficiency.
• Prepare daily and monthly production reports.
• Identify delays, bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions.
• Support the implementation of Lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Ensure proper documentation of all production activities.
• Follow-up daily production with technicians and operators.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a factory environment.
• Understanding of basic production KPIs is a plus (OEE, efficiency, downtime, etc.).
• Preferred living in 10th of Ramadan City.
