On behalf of one of one of the leading clients in the visual system integration field; specializing in immersive media, interactive environments, and digital storytelling.

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 7+ years of experience to join the team. This critical role involves leading the electrical design and documentation process from concept through construction, ensuring all power and low-current systems are accurately specified to support our high-end, bespoke immersive and audio-visual installations.

Responsibilities

The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of electrical design, modeling, and documentation for our projects:

• Technical Diagrams: Designing clear and reliable Single-Line Diagrams, comprehensive panel schedules, and detailed load distribution plans that account for specialized AV and control equipment.
• Layouts & Drawings: Creating accurate electrical layouts and producing high-quality Shop Drawings ready for site execution.
• Low Current Systems: Designing and configuring essential low-current systems, including fire alarms, CCTV, and access control for installation sites.
• Board Specification: Specifying main and distribution boards, ensuring proper circuit protection, system coordination, and required functionality for sensitive media and control equipment.

• Simulation: Running detailed power simulations and lighting designs using industry-standard tools such as ETAP, Dialux, and/or Ecodial.
• Sizing & Calculation: Analyzing power demand to accurately determine appropriate sizing for cables, breakers, and distribution panels across all project phases.

• BOQ Development: Building accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) with well-defined material specifications, technical compliance, and precise quantities.
• Project Estimates: Providing reliable and detailed estimates for all electrical works, ensuring budgetary compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering design and execution.

Technical Proficiency: Mandatory proficiency with specialized software for power and lighting design (ETAP / Dialux / Ecodial).

Preferred Sector Experience: Strong experience with general Electrical Engineering works is required. Experience with Audio-Visual (AV) systems, Control/Automation, and Data/Telecom infrastructure is highly preferred, given our specialization in immersive technology.

Skills: Excellent command of relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
