About the Role

elandia is seeking a highly skilled Backend Python Developer to strengthen our remote development team. You will design, build, and secure backend systems that power scalable digital logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python (Flask)
• Diagnose and debug production issues efficiently
• Manage repositories and workflows with GitHub
• Ensure robust backend security and authentication
• Work with network protocols (TCP/UDP) for service communication
• Design and manage data persistence with MongoDB

Requirements

• Proven experience in backend Python development
• Strong knowledge of Flask and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with AI prompt engineering principles
• Proficient with Git and collaborative version control
• Understanding of network layer fundamentals (TCP/UDP)
• Experience with MongoDB and document-based data models
• Commitment to clean, testable, and secure code
