Müllers is looking for a talented Art Director to lead our design team — someone who lives and breathes visuals, storytelling, and bold ideas that spark attention.

If you’re a graduate of Applied Arts or Fine Arts, have a killer eye for detail, and can turn any concept into something visually unforgettable — we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be guiding a passionate crew of designers, creators, and AI-driven thinkers on campaigns that blend art, tech, and culture into something truly Müllers.

What we’re looking for:

A strong creative/Art portfolio that shows taste, craft, and vision

Experience leading design teams (mentoring, reviewing, and elevating ideas)

Deep understanding of visual composition, color, and layout

Curiosity for creative tech — AI tools, motion, 3D, design systems — all a plus

What you’ll do:

Lead and inspire the Müllers design team across campaigns and branded visuals

Collaborate closely with copywriters, producers, and directors

Turn creative briefs into stunning visual stories

Push creative boundaries (and occasionally break a few 😉)
