Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator located in Cairo, Egypt. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging content for various social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written material. Daily tasks include managing social media accounts, developing content calendars, conducting market research, engaging with the online community, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Production:
- Develop, plan, and execute a dynamic social media content calendar that aligns with our marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Produce a wide range of content formats tailored for each platform (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube), including short-form videos, photos, graphics, stories, and carousels.
- Stay on the pulse of the latest social media trends, sounds, and features, and quickly adapt them for our brand.
- Write engaging, concise, and platform-optimized copy for all social media posts.
- Manage all phases of content production, from ideation and story-boarding to filming, editing, and post-production.
Community Management & Engagement:
- Lead a positive and interactive environment to build brand loyalty and encourage user-generated content.
- Monitor and manage the company's online reputation on social media.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Track and analyze key social media metrics (e.g., reach, impressions, engagement rate, click-through) to measure the effectiveness of content.
- Use data and insights to optimize content performance and inform future content strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify content opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and a deep understanding of different platform algorithms.
- Demonstrable experience in short-form video creation and editing (e.g., for TikTok and Instagram Reels).
Technical Skills:
- knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to social media content (e.g., hashtags, keywords).
- Basic photography and videography skills, including a good understanding of composition, lighting, and sound.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional creativity and a knack for storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
