Sweven Clinics, Cairo's premier aesthetic and dental center, is seeking an exceptional and proactive Reception Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and ensure a premium client experience.

This is a vital leadership role combining team management, high-end sales, and customer service excellence.


Your Primary Mission: To uphold Sweven's luxury brand standards by managing client flow, optimizing schedules, and flawlessly handling all client communication.


Key Responsibilities (Leadership & Management):

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate the reception team to adhere to premium service protocols.
  • Implement systems to efficiently manage high patient traffic and maintain a calm, professional clinic environment.
  • Expertly manage all booking channels (phone, online, messaging) to optimize doctor schedules.
  • Provide personalized, discreet service to VIP and international clients.
  • Skillfully manage and resolve difficult or emotional client complaints (in-person and remotely).
  • Contribute directly to sales through effective cross-selling of premium aesthetic services (Fillers, Botox, etc.).
  • (Added Value) Assist doctors in documenting patient journeys by taking high-quality Before & After photos/videos.


Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a high-end customer service or supervisory role (Medical, Aesthetics, or Hospitality sector).
  • Language: Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (Written & Spoken).
  • Competencies: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Attitude: Professional demeanor, polished appearance, and a genuine passion for the health and aesthetics industry.


Major Advantages (Bonus Compensation):

  • Fluency in a Third Language (Spanish, French, or German) is a major advantage and qualifies for a higher base salary.
  • Proven experience managing reception teams in a clinic environment.
  • Strong proficiency with clinic scheduling software (e.g., Bookly Pro or similar CRM).
  • Experience in photography/videography for social media content.


Compensation & Work Details:

  • Salary: Highly competitive salary package + Performance-based bonuses.
  • Work Hours (Flexible): 8 hours per day (e.g., 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
  • Location: Maadi, Cairo.
