Role Description

The Human Resources Manager will oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and the development of HR policies. The role involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in 10th of Ramadan City.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and performance management systems
• Experience in training, development, and employee engagement strategies
• Skills in developing HR policies and procedures, as well as managing records
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• High level of organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
