📍 Location: Kuwait (Door Manufacturing Factory)

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanical Engineer to join the team at a leading door manufacturing factory in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and continuous operation of all production machinery and equipment in the factory.

📋 Key Duties And Responsibilities

Preventive and Routine Maintenance: Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs and schedules to minimize unexpected breakdowns.

Troubleshooting and Repair: Respond quickly to mechanical failures, accurately diagnose issues, and perform effective repairs to ensure the continuity of production lines.

Performance Improvement: Propose and implement modifications and improvements to machinery and equipment to increase efficiency, performance, and reduce costs.

Spare Parts Management: Assist in identifying and managing the inventory of essential spare parts for maintenance operations.

Workplace Safety: Ensure compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and procedures during maintenance work.

👤 Job Requirements And Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of [1-3 years] of experience in the maintenance of industrial machinery, preferably in a manufacturing environment (wood/door factories).

Language: Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is essential. A basic knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Technical Skills

Strong background in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.

Knowledge of CNC Machines, Presses, Cutting

Personal Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, excellent problem-solving skills, and a team player.
