Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Management Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization’s objectives. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Oversee performance management processes, employee evaluations, and development programs. Ensure compliance with Kuwait Labor Law, visa regulations, and company policies. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and competitiveness. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management. Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement. Prepare monthly HR reports, turnover analysis, and manpower summaries for management. Administrative Management Supervise office administration, procurement, and facility management to ensure smooth daily operations. Manage company vehicles, maintenance
