Role Overview:

The Partnerships Executive supports the execution of local partnership plans and daily operations under senior guidance. The role focuses on managing partner relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth implementation of partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Local Partnership Management: Identify, build, and manage relationships with local partners to achieve KPIs and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal teams to implement partnership deliverables, integrations, and joint initiatives that create business and community impact.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor partnership performance and local market trends using CRM tools to identify opportunities and maintain efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Around 2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or operations.
• Intermediate English level.
• Experience in Consultation, Education, or Services industries preferred.
