Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, technical skill sets, and ideal candidate profiles.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn bayt, Indeed, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal teams; manage communication between candidates and interviewers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruiting metrics in the tracker
Stay up to date with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies to inform recruiting strategies.
Promote the company’s employer brand through networking, events, and online platforms.
Ensure an inclusive, fair, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
