* *Protect the Bottom Line:* Manage inventory levels through precise forecasting and analysis, minimizing shrink and maximizing sell-through.
* *Lead & Develop:* Coach Store Managers on operational best practices, empowering them to lead their teams effectively.
* *Collaborate for Success:* Partner with Visual Merchandising, HR, Buying, and Finance to execute company initiatives flawlessly at the store level.
*What We're Looking For:*
* A proven leader with *5+ years of multi-unit retail operations experience*, preferably in fashion/apparel.
* Deep expertise in inventory control, loss prevention strategies, and retail logistics.
* A true people leader with a track record of developing managers and fostering a culture of accountability.
