📋 What You’ll Be Doing

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the trusted advisor for assigned accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships.

Renewal Ownership: Proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to expand product adoption (e.g., ongoing monitoring, adverse media, case management).
