A leading real estate investment group in Kuwait is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management and contribute to the company’s capital markets communications, investor engagement, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing investor presentations, earnings decks, fact sheets, and disclosure materials.
• Participate in investor and analyst meetings, conferences, and capital markets events.
• Support drafting of press releases, financial commentaries, and investor Q&A.
• Design clean, professional PowerPoint presentations in line with brand standards.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure timely, accurate disclosures.
• Maintain investor databases and assist in organizing meetings and roadshows.
• Monitor market trends, analyst reports, and shareholder activity.
• Support ESG and sustainability reporting initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, or capital markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; design skills (Canva, Adobe) are an advantage.
• Ability to simplify complex financial data into clear, investor-friendly messaging.
• Confident, professional presence with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with CMA and Boursa Kuwait regulatory frameworks is preferred.
