Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Senior Executive (Administration).

What will you do?

• Oversee the entire lease lifecycle for a portfolio of properties (Retail, office, specialty) by proactively tracking and managing all critical lease dates (Contracts, renewal, Security deposit collection, termination) to ensure full compliance with all lease terms and legal/accounting standards.
• Work closely with the accounting and finance teams on payment reconciliation with tenants
• Manage legal lease documentation, amendments ensuring all data is accurately entered and maintained in the designated lease management software.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams (Legal, Finance, Property Management) and external stakeholders (tenants, landlords), assisting with lease interpretation, resolving complex lease disputes, and facilitating lease audit.
• Apply the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for leasing administration, and conduct regular lease file audits to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and adherence to company policies and best practices.
