Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Agent located in Giza, Egypt. The primary responsibilities of the Reservations Agent include handling guest reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless booking process. Day-to-day tasks involve answering guest inquiries via phone or email, managing booking systems, processing reservations, and collaborating with the front desk and other departments to provide a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Reservations and Receptionist Duties
• Proficiency in Customer Service and effective Communication
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and the ability to interact professionally with guests
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• Proficiency with reservation software and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
