Cubic Contracting is Looking for a Site Architecture Engineer

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝: 2–5 years

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-time

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

- We are looking for a Site Architecture Engineer to join our dynamic team. - - The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising architectural works on site, ensuring design quality, compliance with specifications, and coordination with other disciplines (civil, MEP, finishing, etc.).

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Supervise all architectural works at the project site.

- Review architectural drawings and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

- Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve technical issues.

- Ensure all architectural finishes meet quality and safety standards.

- Monitor progress and report any delays or discrepancies to the project manager.

- Participate in inspections and handover procedures.

- Communicate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.

- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision or architectural works.

- Strong knowledge of construction details, finishing materials, and site implementation.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, and MS Office.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝:

- Previous experience in large-scale residential, commercial ,and residential projects.
