📌 Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site activities for solar PV installations.
• Convert detailed site surveys into actionable, efficient project execution plans.
• Manage resources, schedules, and daily operations to ensure project targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
• Interpret and review technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and as-built drawings.
• Support cost estimation efforts and minimize material and labor waste.
• Train, mentor, and guide technicians and junior engineers.
• Support O&M activities, quality checks, troubleshooting, and fault diagnostics as needed.

📌 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in solar PV plant installation across residential, commercial, industrial, and utility projects.
• Strong skills in site planning, resource allocation, and time management.
• Solid understanding of solar PV system design, installation, and grid integration.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of cost estimation and best practices for minimizing waste.
• Proven ability to lead on-site teams.
• Familiarity with regional electrical and safety codes, permitting, and compliance.
• Ability to train and mentor team members.
• Fluent Arabic and proficient English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience in O&M, QA/QC, and fault diagnostics is a plus.
