Job Purpose Supporting the legal team for providing strategic legal advice on payment products, ensuring adherence with applicable laws and RBI regulations, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, customer facing documents, and managing legal risks associated with digital payment services.

Working closely with cross-functional teams including product, compliance, risk, and operations to enable business growth while safeguarding legal interests.

Duties and Responsibilities (a) Documentation: 1) Structuring, drafting and negotiating product specific agreements/documentation for digital payments platforms, UPI Payments frameworks, BBPS, TPAP, payment processor and retail lending products/services; 2) Structure, draft, review and negotiate with external counterparts on variety of agreements.

. 3) Review and structure customer journeys and product specific documentation for physical as well digital front.

4) Develop and maintain standard form of agreements
