Executive Architect (Finishing)

Location: Project Site - Fifth Settlement

We are looking for an Executive Architect specializing in finishing works to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the complete supervision of project quality and execution to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and adherence to schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete supervision of all phases of interior and exterior finishing.

Reviewing shop drawings and ensuring their complete conformity with the work carried out on site.

Managing and coordinating the work of labor teams and contractors to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Monitoring schedules and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and standards.

Accepting work from contractors and suppliers according to agreed-upon codes and specifications.

Preparing and submitting periodic progress reports to management.

Continuous coordination with the technical office and suppliers to provide all necessary work requirements.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

2-4 years of practical experience in residential finishing and similar projects.

Excellent proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, 3D Max). Possess strong site management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near New Cairo (Fifth Settlement).
