🎥 Video Specialist / Mobile Content Creator

Job Description:

We’re looking for a creative, passionate, and trend-driven Video Specialist who can turn ideas into engaging short-form videos for social media.

If you love filming with your mobile, editing fast content, and catching trends before they go mainstream — this role is for you.

💡 Responsibilities

Shoot high-quality short videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) using a mobile phone.

Generate fresh, creative ideas that match the brand’s tone and social media trends.

Write simple scripts or outlines before filming each video.

Film in different locations based on the concept and storyline.

Edit videos using mobile apps (CapCut, VN, etc.) and add engaging subtitles, sounds, and transitions.

Collaborate closely with the social media team to ensure content consistency with the brand strategy.

Optimize videos for different formats and platforms.

Analyze video performance and recommend improvements for better engagement.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience in creating short-form social media videos.

Strong understanding of mobile filming techniques (lighting, angles, framing, storytelling).

Good editing skills using mobile editing tools.

Creativity and the ability to transform simple ideas into compelling visuals.

Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and produce consistent content.

Portfolio or previous video samples is a must.
