Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Sales Admin(Real-Estate) at Palmier Developments in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Sr. Sales Admin will be responsible for handling day-to-day sales administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales training, and overseeing sales management within the real estate compounds.


Responsibilities

Handling sales admin and pre-sales coordination.

Handling CRM and leads and Contracts

Generate reports, Typing, preparing and collating reports.

Organize meeting and arrange appointments.

Provide clerical and organizational support to the sales team.

As a Commercial Coordinator, you track orders, process paperwork, maintain the customer database, and ensure products or services are delivered on time.

You may also handle customer questions, requests, and complaints.

Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information

Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events


Qualifications

2+ Years Experience as Sales Admin in Real Estate Development

CRM Experience

Proficiency in Excel.

Professional attitude and appearance

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Excellent organizational skills

Very good in English.

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Customer service attitude
