Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant On-boarding Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The primary responsibilities include building relationships with restaurant partners, providing excellent customer service, coordinating the onboarding process for new restaurants, and ensuring a seamless integration into our platform. Additional tasks include offering support to restaurant staff when they join the platform and maintaining effective communication to address partner needs and concerns.

Qualifications

• at least 1 years of experience as Account Manger, Operations or customer service
• Experience in Food Service and Food Preparation processes, with a focus on ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong partnerships with restaurant owners and staff.
• Capability to support restaurant onboarding processes, including training and Hiring coordination where needed.
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with the restaurant or food industry in Egypt is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree.
