About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact software projects on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in project planning, stakeholder management, and execution while driving collaboration and ensuring quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of software projects, from initiation to delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams across engineering, design, product, and business functions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to leadership and clients.
• Drive continuous improvement, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred).
• 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in software or technology-driven environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects in remote or distributed team settings.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on problem solving.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
