Scrum Master | Full-Time | Remote (EMEA Region)

On behalf of a fast-growing software company, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to help drive agile excellence across product development teams. This is a full-time remote opportunity open to candidates within the EMEA region.

About the Role

As a Scrum Master, you will be the driving force behind agile practices, ensuring that development teams deliver high-quality products efficiently and collaboratively. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove roadblocks, and help the team stay focused on continuous improvement and value delivery. This role is ideal for someone passionate about agile methodologies, team empowerment, and fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and best practices to ensure alignment and productivity.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure the backlog is prioritized and well-defined.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops, performance tracking, and team engagement.
• Ensure delivery timelines are met while maintaining high standards of quality and collaboration.
• Monitor team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to guide data-driven decision-making.
• Foster effective communication between development, product, and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and related tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to guide teams through change and foster a collaborative culture.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams is highly preferred.
• Relevant certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) are a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
