Role Description

The Coops & Hypers Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with cooperative societies and hypermarket clients in Kuwait. This full-time, on-site role based in Shuwaikh includes leading sales efforts, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong customer relations. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, monitoring market trends, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, this role requires the maintenance of product knowledge to effectively present offerings to clients and achieve sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills with experience in managing and growing key accounts.
  • Understanding of market trends, client relationship management, and customer-focused selling techniques.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of the local market, particularly in cooperative societies and hypermarkets, is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the construction materials or FMCG industry is beneficial.
