Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for an English B1/Call Center Agent at RAYA CX. The role involves handling customer inquiries and providing outstanding customer service through clear and professional communication. Key responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, assisting with their needs, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will also be expected to participate in relevant training sessions and contribute to team objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a B1 level (intermediate level) in English
- Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to address customer inquiries effectively
- Experience in English Teaching, Training, or Translation is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse customer needs and solve problems efficiently
- Previous experience in call center or customer service roles is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a benefit
