Role Summary

  • Lead comprehensive Odoo implementation projects, from initial requirements gathering to successful go-live.
  • Analyze business requirements and align them with Odoo capabilities.
  • Configure and tailor Odoo modules to reflect specific operational workflows.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend effective solutions.
  • Train key users to ensure seamless adoption of the Odoo system.
  • Collaborate closely with developers on customizations and system integrations.
  • Oversee data migration, including mapping and accuracy validation.
  • Provide post-implementation support and manage organizational change.
  • Document business needs, functional specifications, and configuration processes.
  • Coordinate across various departments such as finance, HR, sales, inventory, and production.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Odoo solutions
  • Strong expertise in core Odoo modules, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Projects, HR, and Manufacturing.
  • Deep understanding of ERP systems and business process optimization.
  • Skilled in requirement documentation and managing user acceptance testing.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects within tight deadlines.
  • Experience with data migration and user training delivery.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
