Role Summary
- Lead comprehensive Odoo implementation projects, from initial requirements gathering to successful go-live.
- Analyze business requirements and align them with Odoo capabilities.
- Configure and tailor Odoo modules to reflect specific operational workflows.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend effective solutions.
- Train key users to ensure seamless adoption of the Odoo system.
- Collaborate closely with developers on customizations and system integrations.
- Oversee data migration, including mapping and accuracy validation.
- Provide post-implementation support and manage organizational change.
- Document business needs, functional specifications, and configuration processes.
- Coordinate across various departments such as finance, HR, sales, inventory, and production.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Odoo solutions
- Strong expertise in core Odoo modules, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Projects, HR, and Manufacturing.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems and business process optimization.
- Skilled in requirement documentation and managing user acceptance testing.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects within tight deadlines.
- Experience with data migration and user training delivery.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
