The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
· Manage and schedule patient appointments,
· Answer phone calls promptly,
· Process payments for services rendered, maintain payment records, and reconcile daily transactions.
· Handle insurance claims and coordinate with insurance providers to ensure timely reimbursement.
· Enter patient data and maintain electronic medical records in the clinic's system
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role in Medical Field.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and other relevant software applications.
· Positive attitude, pleasant demeanor, and a professional appearance.
