This is a 3-month contract with a performance-based end-of-contract bonus.
Are you a marketing project manager who can both coordinate and execute?
You'll be the bridge between our internal team and the external paid media agency during high season.
But you won't just manage timelines.
You'll dive into Meta ads performance and challenge strategies.
You'll spot opportunities in the data and push back when something doesn't make sense.
You'll keep DTC campaigns on track while optimizing what's already running.

Role Details
Here's what you'll do:
- Own the campaign calendar and coordinate between development, CRM, and paid media teams
- Manage asset delivery, copy approvals, and UTM setup to ensure smooth launches
- Review paid social performance and provide optimization recommendations
- Conduct live checks post-launch to confirm tracking, links, and budgets are working correctly
- Act as the daily contact for our paid media agency and challenge strategies when needed

Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta ads required)
- Experience coordinating multi-channel DTC campaigns
- Strong project management skills with tools like Asana
- Agency coordination experience with the ability to challenge and optimize strategies
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis
Nice-to-Haves:
- Affiliate marketing experience
- CRM platform experience
- E-commerce platform knowledge
What We Offer
- Temporary position with a 3-month contract
- US $1,800 – $2,000 / month (full-time contractor, 40 hrs/week)
- Completion bonus at the end of the contract
- EST schedule with 4 hours overlap with the UK
