The Opportunity
We are looking for a UGC Creative Strategist who understands how to turn real people and real stories into high-performing content. This role is perfect for someone who can combine creativity, structure, and data to create UGC videos that drive results both in paid ads and organically.
You will be responsible for developing concepts, writing scripts, guiding creators, and ensuring that every video we deliver is shot correctly, on-brand, and ready to perform. If you love breaking down why certain videos perform and turning those learnings into new creative angles, you will thrive here.

Requirements
🎤 Fluent English (strong written and verbal communication)
🎥 Experience with UGC or short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
📱 Understanding of performance content and DTC brand messaging
📝 Experience writing video scripts, hooks, angles, and clear creative briefs
🤝 Experience communicating directly with creators and giving constructive feedback
📊 Ability to use insights and performance data to guide creative decisions
🔍 Strong attention to detail
📚 1–3+ years experience in creative strategy, content creation, scriptwriting, or digital marketing
⭐ Bonus: Experience at a creative agency, DTC brand, or paid social team
