Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson based in Heliopolis. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating contracts for residential and commercial real estate properties. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, showcasing property offerings, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing and consultation teams to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and market research experience
  • Proficiency in client communication and customer service
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus
  • Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is a plus
