Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Finishing Manager with over 15 years of experience to lead the final, critical phase of our high-profile projects. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional quality and finish on large-scale developments, ensuring they meet the highest standards of aesthetics and functionality.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 15+ years in finishing works, specifically on mega-projects such as hospitals, airports, high-rise housing, and public buildings.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in design software including AutoCAD and Revit for reviewing drawings and coordinating details.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and lead a large, multidisciplinary team of design engineers, execution engineers, and manpower.
• Project Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and quality control procedures for complex building types.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all interior and exterior finishing works.
• Manage a large team, ensuring optimal productivity, adherence to design, and strict safety standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and finishing schedules.
• Ensure the highest quality of workmanship, on-time project delivery, and compliance with budget.
