Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Sales Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property tours, and negotiating contracts. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and staying updated on market trends and property values. The agent will also work closely with internal teams to meet sales targets and business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Real Estate Sales and holding a valid Real Estate License
• In-depth knowledge of Real Estate marketing principles and experience in the industry
• Strong skill set in Customer Service and Sales
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the Cairo real estate market is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
