Job Title: DevOps & Application Modernization Engineer

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Full-Time, On-Site)

Salary: 25,000 SAR per month

We are hiring an experienced engineer with a strong background in modernizing and migrating legacy applications into containerized environments — ideally Kubernetes with deep hands-on experience in Red Hat OpenShift.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Tekton, ArgoCD, and Git-based workflows.
• Develop and manage OpenShift pipelines and ensure smooth deployment cycles.
• Lead application modernization initiatives, migrating workloads from legacy systems to Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Conduct troubleshooting, tracing, and performance analysis within OpenShift clusters.
• Automate deployment processes and improve overall delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to containerize workloads and ensure best practices are followed.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years hands-on experience working with Red Hat OpenShift (core platform, pipelines, operators).
• Strong experience in CI/CD tools such as Tekton, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Proven track record in application modernization and migration from legacy environments.
• Solid understanding of microservices, containers, and Kubernetes fundamentals.
• Experience in diagnosing production issues using logs, metrics, tracing tools, and OpenShift observability stack.
• Ability to work on-site with clients, handle production deployments, and participate in troubleshooting sessions.
