The Quality Assurance & HSE Expert<\/b> serves as the group’s authority on quality management systems, health, safety, and environmental governance<\/b> across all defense manufacturing subsidiaries and JVs. The role ensures that all factories operate in compliance with defense, national, and international standards, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, product reliability, safety, and sustainability.<\/b>

The expert will define and implement group-wide quality and HSE frameworks<\/b>, standardize best practices, support audits, and drive initiatives that enhance operational performance, compliance, and risk mitigation across the organization.
