Core Responsibilities

• Warehouse managers oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods. To ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the stock.
• To plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and organize special requirements for certain stock, such as chilled goods or fragile products.
• To ensure productivity targets are met and maintain computerized administration and automated storage and retrieval systems.
• To ensure the accuracy of maintaining the item master across the Group.
• To motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
• To ensure implementing the JCI standards related to the WH’ requirements across the Group
• To oversee & review the Inventory Replenishment process across the Group with all related analyses that should be considered.
• Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements;
• To manage and monitor the Stock levels & Carrying stock across the Group’s policies and vision.
• To oversee and monitor the annual, quarter and monthly Stock tacking
• Producing regular reports with related statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Managing the expired items or near to be expired across the Group.
• Briefing team leaders on the issues for that particular day.
• Ensuring quality, delivery and budget objectives are met.
• Delivering and fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation's head managements.

Qualifications: -

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Proven work experience as a warehouse manager for 5 years.
