Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Agent located in Cairo. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling insurance plans, providing financial recommendations, and assisting clients in selecting suitable insurance options such as life insurance, health insurance, and retirement plans. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, maintaining detailed records, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with team members to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Insurance Sales, and possess knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage services
• Understanding of Finance principles and ability to provide informed financial and retirement solutions
• Strong Customer Service skills with a client-first approach
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Experience in a sales-related role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required
