Responsibilities:

• Inspect civil and architectural works on site.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Report any issues or non-compliance and follow up on corrections.
• Check materials delivered to the site.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors on daily work activities.
• Keep records of inspections and daily site progress.
• Be present on-site full time during project execution.

Qualifications:

• Technical Diploma in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in civil works inspection.
• Able to read drawings and understand construction standards.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and pay attention to detail.
