Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage construction contracts, agreements, and tender documents.
- Ensure all contract terms comply with legal, regulatory, and project requirements.
- Monitor contract performance, variations, claims, and change orders.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and track contract progress and obligations.
- Support cost control, risk management, and procurement activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (MANDATORY).
- Proven experience as a contract manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, FIDIC, and construction documentation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple contracts simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
