Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare, review, and manage construction contracts, agreements, and tender documents.
  • Ensure all contract terms comply with legal, regulatory, and project requirements.
  • Monitor contract performance, variations, claims, and change orders.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and track contract progress and obligations.
  • Support cost control, risk management, and procurement activities.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (MANDATORY).
  • Proven experience as a contract manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, FIDIC, and construction documentation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
