Job Responsibilities:




Prepare and review client contracts, ensuring all technical and financial annexes are complete and compliant.

Verify accuracy of contract details, pricing, and unit specifications in alignment with booking data.

Update contract documentation to reflect policy changes, modifications, or regulatory updates.

Coordinate with Legal for contract validation and finalization.

Work closely with Sales, Finance, Projects, and other teams to secure all required contract inputs.

Maintain organized contract records with proper version control and documentation standards



Requirements:




Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

3–5 years of experience, preferably in contracts administration.

Strong writing and documentation skills.

High attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.

Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Moderate English language proficiency suitable for contract management tasks.
